Ariana Grande has once again called out Donald Trump's team for using her music in political posts without her approval.

On August 20, the official Team Trump TikTok account shared a video of the president walking to a podium at a rally, set to Grande's 2024 hit "We Can't Be Friends (Wait For Your Love)."

The clip featured the lyric "Me and my truth we sit in silence" alongside text declaring, "Men can't have babies and should never compete in women's sports." The caption read: "This shouldn't be controversial! #trump #arianagrande #maga."

Grande quickly responded in the comments: "Never use my music again. Also, your truth is false." Her comment has since been removed, but screenshots circulated widely online.

This marks the second time in recent months that Grande has condemned the administration's use of her songs. In June, the White House posted a TikTok featuring her track "Bye" from the Eternal Sunshine album, paired with footage of ICE agents arresting migrants.

Grande replied: "Please do not ever use my music in relation to this barbaric, inhumane, heinous nonsense. fck ice." The sound was later muted on the post.

Grande joins a long list of artists who have objected to Trump's use of their work, including Sabrina Carpenter, Katy Perry, SZA, Adele, Steven Tyler, Neil Young, Rihanna, Elton John, Pharrell Williams, Céline Dion, ABBA, and the estates of Prince and Sinéad O'Connor.

Her latest rebuke comes amid broader controversy over Trump's policies on transgender rights. Just weeks earlier, the Supreme Court upheld the administration's executive order recognizing only two "immutable" sexes and allowing states to ban trans women from competing in women's sports.
