The initial fixture, set for earlier this month, was postponed following the death of Barcelona's club doctor, Carles Minarro Garcia. Although Barcelona appealed to reschedule the match at a later date, their request was denied.
Flick voiced his concerns about the scheduling, particularly with another late away fixture against Leganes on April 12, just days before their Champions League quarter-final second leg against Borussia Dortmund.
"I'm not happy with this. Other leagues adjust schedules for Champions League teams, but here it's different," Flick said.
Despite the challenges, the Barcelona boss remains confident in his squad's ability to secure all three points.
"We have no excuses. We're going for it. This team has great quality and can beat anyone, even with some absences," he added.
Defender Iñigo Martínez is set to start after withdrawing from Spain's squad, while young center-back Pau Cubarsí, who picked up a minor injury with La Roja, will be available on the bench.
A win against Osasuna would give Barcelona a three-point lead over Real Madrid at the top of La Liga, with just 10 matches remaining in the title race. However, the team faces a grueling schedule ahead, with seven matches across La Liga, the Copa del Rey, and the Champions League in just 19 days.
