Jake Paul recently made an appearance on episode 422 of the IMPAULSIVE podcast, where he offered to bid $12 million for the red 'Make America Great Again' hat that Donald Trump wore during the attempted assassination just weeks ago. On July 13, the former United States president was at a campaign rally in Butler Township, Pennsylvania, when he was shot by 20-year-old Thomas Matthew Crooks. The bullet only grazed Trump's ear.

Paul, a supporter of Trump, discussed his interest in the hat with his older brother Logan, who also expressed a willingness to purchase it. Jake stated, "I would legitimately pay, with the current money that I have now, my max out would be, I would pay, probably $12 million." This prompted Logan to suggest they both commit $6 million each, totaling $12 million. Whether they will follow through with the bid remains uncertain.

The Paul brothers' offer has sparked significant interest, with Jake Paul describing Trump's survival as miraculous, saying, "I believe God stepped in and saved him." This sentiment mirrors the support Trump has received from many combat sports athletes, with Jake even inviting Trump to his expected boxing match with Mike Tyson.

Jake Paul, who has been vocal on social media about his support for Trump and his concerns over the security lapse, further discussed his plans during a visit to Nashville. His itinerary included meetings with Trump, attending the Bitcoin conference, and connecting with WhistlinDiesel. During this conversation, Logan remarked, "$2 million for the hat he was wearing for the attempted assassination," to which Jake responded by increasing the bid, eventually settling on $12 million. Logan suggested, "Let's go halfsies on it."

Despite the light-hearted banter, Jake Paul expressed serious concerns about the potential fallout if the assassination attempt had been successful, speculating, "I think there would have been a civil war something would have hit him. But I think that's like the divine intervention for sure. I believe that God stepped in and saved him." It remains to be seen if Trump will sell the hat. However, it is likely that he will hold on to the hat as he continues his campaign for the upcoming elections.
