Ice Spice and Cleopatra have been friends for a long time, however Cleo has spilled details on how Ice is using her to rebrand. According to Cleo, Ice Spice invited her to her Y2K tour in order to create a good image for herself after she was exposed for talking ill of her former collaborator, Nicki Minaj. Cleo alleged she was given only one day to prepare for the tour. She claims she was not paid for her performance. “I never had a problem with not being paid btw I knew. I just want everyone to stop thinking I was paid cause I wasn’t.”
“You actually have one time to show me that you are jealous, intimidated, untrustworthy, fake, disloyal, ingenuine, manipulative and calculated,” Cleo said. She claims Ice Spice used her for “rollouts” and other promotional events. She went ahead to say that despite Ice Spice promising to be by her side and cater for everything during the tour, things were opposite from what she expected. She claims she was mistreated by the entire team after she expressed her grievances to the “Munch” rapper.
Baby Storme, Ice Spice's ex-best friend claims she tried to warm Cleopatra about Ice Spice, but instead, Cleo threatened to beat her up. Baby Storme shared a screenshot in which Ice Spice called Cleo “fake” but Cleo was quick to defend her friendship with Ice. “You so MADDDDDDDDDDDDDD & bothered 😭🤣 it’s a ki at this point! Don’t ever let me see you boo cause you need one kunk on your head,” Cleo wrote under Storme's post.
“ I tried to warn you & you just threatened to beat me up.🤷🏾♀️ Nevertheless, I’m sorry that happened to you,” Storme commented after the news broke. “Oh I threatened to beat you up cause you was doing all that cause (you) was mad at Ice. It didn't give you had any respect for me boo. You could have DMd me from the jump with that whole situation if you was on some real bitch shit word but thank you (red heart emoji),” Cleo responded.
