Ariana Grande has had enough of body-shaming. Speaking candidly on the Dec. 5 episode of 'Oui Oui Baguette', the 'Wicked' actress addressed the relentless scrutiny she's faced since her teens, saying, "I've been doing this in front of the public, kind of like a specimen in a petri dish, since I was 16 or 17." Fighting back tears, Grande shared the toll these invasive conversations have taken on her, emphasizing, "You fix one thing, and then it's wrong for a different reason."

The 31-year-old singer stressed that body-shaming is not just a celebrity problem but a societal issue, whether it's online comments or thoughtless remarks from family members at gatherings. "Even if you go to Thanksgiving and someone's granny says, 'Oh, you look skinnier' or 'You look heavier,' it's uncomfortable and horrible no matter where it's happening."

Grande called the comfort people feel in commenting on others' bodies "dangerous for all parties involved." She credited her support system for helping her navigate the noise but urged everyone to protect themselves from such negativity, saying, "No one has the right to say anything."

This isn't the first time Grande has spoken out about body image. Earlier this year, she revealed in a TikTok video that the body many people once praised was during the unhealthiest period of her life, marked by antidepressant use and poor self-care. "Healthy can look different for everyone," she reiterated, encouraging others to embrace their own beauty, regardless of societal standards.

Her heartfelt advice? "Keep yourself safe from that noise, whether it's online or at a family reunion. You're beautiful, no matter what."
