Beyoncé's mother, Tina Knowles, has denied intentionally liking a social media post about her son-in-law Jay-Z's recent rape allegations, claiming her account was hacked. The controversy unfolded on December 8, when Knowles' verified Instagram account liked a post from ABC 7 Chicago detailing the allegations against Jay-Z.

The post in question featured a photo of Jay-Z and Sean "Diddy" Combs, with a headline reading: "Breaking News: Jay-Z, Diddy Named in Lawsuit Alleging Rape of Girl, 13." The lawsuit, filed by an anonymous accuser known as Jane Doe, alleges that Jay-Z and Diddy raped her at an MTV VMAs after-party in 2000.

Just hours after the liked post was noticed, Knowles took to Instagram to address the situation. "I was Hacked !" she wrote, accompanied by a screenshot of a note. "As you all know I do not play about my family. So if you see something uncharacteristic of me. Just know that it is not me !" Knowles also disabled the comment section on her post, adding, "Please stop playing with me!!!! 'No weapon formed against my family shall prosper,' " referencing a passage from the Bible.

Jay-Z has  denied the rape allegations, calling them a "blackmail attempt" and an "extortionate campaign" in a statement released on the official Roc Nation X account. Diddy, currently behind bars on charges of racketeering and sex trafficking, faces a minimum of 15 years or a maximum sentence of life in prison if found guilty.

Tina's quick  response shows  the family's efforts to protect their reputation amidst the scandal. With Jay-Z and Beyoncé's children, including 12-year-old Blue Ivy, potentially exposed to the allegations, the family's public image is under scrutiny.
