Country music star Jason Bradley DeFord, popularly known as Jelly Roll, is inspiring fans with his ongoing health transformation. The 40-year-old artist, who has shed an impressive 120 pounds, recently revealed his next major goal: to appear on the cover of Men's Health magazine by March 2026.

During a heartfelt conversation with his wife, Bunnie XO, on her Dumb Blonde podcast, Jelly Roll candidly discussed his weight loss journey and the challenges that come with it. "I wanna be on the cover of Men's Health by March of 2026," he declared, adding, "That's my new goal. I wanna have one of the biggest transformations."

Jelly Roll explained his decision to make his journey public, emphasizing the importance of transparency. "I did this publicly for a reason. I wanna be honest about my struggles with it with people," he said. The artist acknowledged that many individuals who experience drastic weight loss often struggle with self-image and the public's reaction. "They're so ashamed that they go hide and lose the weight, and then they come back out not really knowing how to interact with the world looking or feeling different," he reflected.

Instead, Jelly Roll is determined to embrace his transformation openly, offering hope and encouragement to others. "I wanted to lose it in front of everybody. I didn't become successful because of my weight. I became successful in spite of it," he shared.

The Need a Favor singer's journey has already seen significant milestones. By October, he had lost 100 pounds in preparation for running a 5K race. The following month, he announced on the Pat McAfee Show that his total weight loss had reached 120 pounds.

Bunnie XO praised her husband's openness, highlighting the positive impact of his public transformation. "I think it's awesome that people get to watch your transformation because they feel like they're not alone," she said, adding that his approach offers hope in a world where quick fixes like medications or surgeries are common.

As he confidently stated, "I somehow managed to be this successful carrying 550 pounds. That's insane."
