Mila Kunis is sharing her worries about parenting. The That '70s Show alum opened up about her life with her and husband Ashton Kutcher's children, daughter Wyatt, 10, and son Dimitri, 8. She revealed that food is a major part of her motherhood due of her Jewish background.

In a video released on December 26th to commemorate the second night of Hanukkah 2024, Mila said to Noa Tishby, "I'm afraid I won't have enough food." "I'm afraid that someone is starving. For example, "I'm hungry" is the worst thing my kids can say to me.

Particularly since, as the 41-year-old put it, "Food fixes everything."

"Are you worn out? Consume some food. Are you irritable? "Eat something," she said in jest. "I realize when a health professional says that we're doing something incorrectly and that this is unhealthy. I'm putting effort into it. However, it is simply ingrained in me."

Another thing she was taught early on? "I was raised with a lot of guilt," the actress from Bad Moms joked. "Every single time. Superstition and guilt, that is.

For Mila, however, growing up Jewish was an interesting experience. Her family "grew up doing nothing" while residing in Ukraine, she clarified.

"I always knew I was Jewish, but I was told never to talk about it," she stated. "I believe that since I was in a country that didn't allow for religion."

Mila was, instead, "raised culturally Jewish."

"For me, it's a culture," she declared. "And after I had children, who strongly associate with the religious component of it, I thought, 'Well, I suppose we'll do the lights and Shabbos. It is filled with so much lovely tradition.

And Ashton, 46, played a major role in the choice to teach their kids Jewish traditions by urging Mila to reconnect with her faith.

"I fell in love with my religion," she stated, "because he explained it to me."

To make sure they were lighting the candles in the right order, Noa and Mila actually called Ashton as they prepared to light the Hanukkah candles together.

Noa jokingly said, "When it doubt about Judaism, call Ashton Kutcher."
