Former Mob Wives star Natalie DiDonato, 44, has been reported missing after failing to board multiple flights home to Florida, triggering a multi-state investigation spanning Las Vegas, Philadelphia, and Florida. Las Vegas authorities confirmed to PEOPLE that a missing person report was filed on Tuesday, January 21, 2025.

The reality TV personality, known for her appearance in season 5 of VH1's Mob Wives, was last seen in a distressed state during a FaceTime call with her mother, Denise Fuoco, approximately one week ago. "She rushed off the phone and wouldn't tell me where she was," Fuoco told TMZ, describing her daughter as appearing notably nervous during their brief interaction.

The investigation began after DiDonato missed a scheduled January 5 flight to Florida following a visit to Philadelphia. Concerns deepened when she failed to board a second flight arranged by a friend identified only as "Ben," who reported being contacted by DiDonato through WhatsApp. According to Ben, who filed the missing person report, DiDonato had reached out requesting financial assistance for travel arrangements.

A troubling pattern of behavior preceded DiDonato's disappearance. Her mother revealed to TMZ that her daughter had been "distant" for approximately a month before going missing. "I'm sick with worry and can't sleep," Fuoco stated, expressing deep concern over the uncharacteristic behavior.

The contrast between DiDonato's current situation and her last social media appearance is striking. In a December 12, 2024, Instagram post, she appeared upbeat, writing, "Not bad for 44... Getting older is a blessing, can't believe I made it this far. I'm embracing my age because to me it's a badge of honor to have made it to 44."

DiDonato rose to prominence in 2014 as part of the VH1 series' fifth season, "Mob Wives: Trust No One." Her connection to organized crime through her cousin, deceased mobster Frankie Flowers, added to her notoriety on the show, which concluded in 2016 with "Mob Wives: The Last Stand."

Multiple attempts to reach DiDonato have proven unsuccessful, with calls to both of her cell phones going unanswered. Authorities are actively investigating her whereabouts, with law enforcement agencies in Las Vegas, Philadelphia, and Florida coordinating efforts to locate the television personality.
