Music and business mogul, Sean Diddy Combs has been hit with a new sexual assault lawsuit from a male accuser who claims he was drugged and allegedly woke up to Diddy grabbing his genitals. This lawsuit adds to a series of accusations against the disgraced mogul. The accuser, going by the name John Doe, was an aspiring singer back in 2015.
John Doe claims he had an opportunity to perform at a night club in Los Angeles and that same night, Diddy showed up. The lawsuit claims Diddy and his crew showed up with Ciroc for everyone. He also alleged that someone in Diddy’s entourage told John Doe that if his performance went well, Diddy might consider signing him to Bad Boy’s Entertainment – Diddy’s record label.
John Doe alleged that after taking the drink from Diddy, he becomes unconscious and blacked out. He claims as he was dipping in and out of consciousness, he allegedly saw Diddy engaging in group sex. He claims other attendees “appeared either drugged, unconscious, or as if they were paid escorts.”
John Doe says he eventually woke up to Diddy allegedly grabbing his manhood and performing oral sex on him. He alleged that Diddy threatened to ruin his life and his singing career as he was trying to fight him. Doe went ahead to claim that Diddy was urging him to sleep with women that were there. He eventually managed to escape while pretending to go to the restroom.
“The conduct described herein is shockingly typical of how defendant Sean Combs conducted himself for many years,” the lawsuit reads. “Sean Combs believed he was above the law. He is not.”
In a statement provided to Variety, Combs’ attorneys stated, “As we’ve said before, Mr. Combs cannot respond to every new publicity stunt, even in response to claims that are facially ridiculous or demonstrably false. Mr. Combs and his legal team have full confidence in the facts and the integrity of the judicial process. In court, the truth will prevail: that Mr. Combs never sexually assaulted or trafficked anyone—man or woman, adult or minor.”
