Lily Phillips is giving a significant update on her life. The OnlyFans model revealed she is pregnant after making headlines last month for having sex with more than 100 men in a single day.
Lily posted a picture of herself holding a baby bump on Instagram alongside the caption, "The secret is out," on February 18. "Baby Phillips 2025."
Additionally, she included more than just a picture in her announcement. Lily shared a picture of her belly along with a picture of two pregnancy tests that came back positive.
Additionally, in a different Instagram post, the 23-year-old, dressed in a gray tank top and yoga pants set, shared a black-and-white video of herself massaging her bump and declaring, "It's official."
Given that one of Lily's pregnancy revelations was a joint post with Pillow Talk, the radio program on which she appeared on February 19, some fans were wondering if she was pulling another prank after her announcement.
Additionally, Ryan Pownall, host of Pillow Talk, fueled fan speculation by joking in the comments section about her previous stunt, "Omg are you gonna do the 1000 dudes pregnant," followed by "CONGRATS LILY WHO THE FCK IS THE DAD."
One user complained, "The amount of people taking this seriously..." beneath her post.
According to a different theory, the radio program made a hint about the truth when it said, "Fake... you were just on the podcast, not showing at all."
Others offered their best wishes, believing Lily when she said she would. One user commented, "Wow, major congrats," while another said, "That's awesome." Congratulations.
Lily has previously discussed why she decided to have sex with 100 men in a 24-hour period.
"I'm doing it for the love of the game," she announced in January to E! News. "I simply find it very enjoyable. I've slept with a lot of guys before. It's not that outrageous to me because I did this as a hobby before doing it for work.
Lily also has no immediate plans to discover a new passion.
"For me, there's no amount of money that would make me stop," she said. "There's no objective. 'Oh, if I hit this figure, I'll stop doing this,' is not the case.
