After over a decade of marriage marked by high-profile legal battles and deeply personal struggles, Marieangela "Queeny" King has officially filed for divorce from Elijah Blue Allman, son of music icon Cher. The filing, submitted in Los Angeles on April 8, 2025, cites irreconcilable differences and lists the couple's date of separation as March 31.

King's petition includes a request for $6,000 in monthly spousal support, exclusive use of their shared residence, and ownership of their 2017 Toyota Prius. If Allman chooses to keep the vehicle, King is seeking an additional $2,000 one-time payment and a $500 monthly supplement to secure a replacement. She has also asked that Allman cover her legal fees.

"We had a beautiful 13-year journey, filled with memories I'll always cherish," King shared in a statement to PEOPLE. "As we turn the page to this next chapter, we kindly ask for privacy and truly appreciate your understanding."

Allman has not issued a public response.

This latest divorce filing follows a turbulent period for the couple. Allman previously initiated divorce proceedings in 2021 but filed for dismissal "without prejudice" in January 2024, with the court approving it in February. At the time, both parties described themselves as reconciled and cohabiting. However, that brief period of unity coincided with a dramatic legal standoff involving Allman's mother, Cher.

In January 2024, Cher petitioned for a temporary emergency conservatorship over her son, citing concerns about his alleged substance abuse and inability to manage his financial affairs. The court denied the request, and a private agreement was reached in September. A statement from Allman's attorneys at the time confirmed, "The team successfully defended Elijah, resulting in Cher voluntarily dismissing her petition."

King had previously claimed that Cher interfered with Allman's health and whereabouts, even alleging in a 2023 court filing that Cher hired four men to forcibly remove Allman from a hotel in an attempt to stage an intervention. Cher denied the allegation, calling it "not true" in a statement to People.

While the couple never had children, the dissolution highlights the ongoing complexities in Allman's personal life. In court documents, King referred to Allman as "a brilliant artist" and "the love of my life," while acknowledging his struggles with addiction.
