Cardi B and Offset are not going to call it quits anytime soon. Cardi contemplated whether to file for a formal dissolution of their 6-year marriage five months after the "Wap" rapper revealed she and the Migos alum had split up once more.

"I think it through," she stated in an interview with Rolling Stone that was released on May 16. We deliberated over it since we genuinely care about one another. It has nothing to do with love. Our friendship is the best. And it's like, alright. Well, there was a period of time when I lacked a support network and a best friend."

"It's not even about 'How do you leave a partner?' How do you stop talking to your best friend?" stated the 31-year-old.

Parents of two children, Kulture, five, and Wave, two, Cardi and Offset have been in and out of relationships over the years, with their most recent breakup occurring in 2023. However, the "Up" rapper revealed on Instagram Live in December that she would be single "for a minute."

The two did, however, show that they have stayed close by going to an after-party for the Met Gala together recently. Along with discussing more personal details of their relationship, Cardi revealed on a livestream that they had sex on New Year's Eve and that they are still lawfully married.

Although they overcame Offset's infidelity, Cardi acknowledged that her career and children came first in their relationship. Rolling Stone quoted her as saying, "Sometimes I don't realize that I'm putting so many things before my relationship."

And the rapper known as "Bodak Yellow" genuinely treasures their bond. "The part I love is that we really like each other, like a support system," she said. "We're really both each other's cheerleaders."

Additionally, Cardi felt that Offset, 32, was the first partner who encouraged her rather than undermined her.

"He never made me feel like I was little to him," she continued. "He actually always used to tell me, ‘You an f--king superstar, watch.'"

Where are the two right now, anyway? Finally, Cardi said, "We're all right now."
