Since going public with their relationship in fall 2023, Kansas City Chiefs tight end Travis Kelce hasn't been shy about supporting his pop superstar girlfriend, Taylor Swift. Recently, he dished on his favorite song from Swift's latest album, The Tortured Poets Department*
At his one-day music festival, Kelce Jam, held in Kansas City, Kelce shared his bias for the track "So High School," which Swifties widely believe is about him. In his own words, Kelce said, "I've been listening to 'So High School' on repeat. It's got this nostalgic vibe that takes me back to my teenage years." He also declared his love for Swift's 1989 era saying "Oh I'm a big 1989 era fan. But I'm not gonna lie, I might be a little biased toward The Tortured Poets Department, just a little bit.'
When asked which song he would want Taylor Swift to perform if she ever showed up to Kelce Jam, Kelce replied "So High School" might be the only one that's just jumping into my mind right now, I think everybody would get fired up for that one.”
Fans praised Kelce's enthusiastic support, with one person noting, "He was so excited to answer. No hesitation at all. This is what she's always deserved." Another fan on tiktok commented "Joe couldn't even name his favorite son. Travis loves her so loud, and I love seeing it."
Kelce on the other hand appreciated the fans saying"Y'all are the f**ing best, man. I tell you what. Throughout all my years in KC man, life could be no better right the f*** now. It's alive and popping in Kansas City and I know you guys feel that s*** too. I've been so thankful that you guys show up and show out every single time we play at Arrowhead that we're going to keep bringing Kelce Jam to you in the offseasons baby.”
