Sabrina Carpenter and Barry Keoghan have elevated their relationship! On Thursday, June 6, the "Espresso" singer released a music video for her new single "Please Please Please," featuring her actor boyfriend from Saltburn. Keoghan stars prominently in the video, with Carpenter playfully referencing his profession in the lyrics: "I heard that you're an actor, so act like a stand-up guy."

The video opens with Carpenter being released from jail, nodding to her previous "Espresso" video, and meeting fellow inmate Keoghan. Throughout the video, Carpenter portrays the supportive girlfriend of Keoghan's character, making nods to iconic film criminals like Bonnie and Clyde. However, their relationship quickly faces challenges as Keoghan's character returns to a life of crime. Carpenter pleads with him through the lyrics, "Please, please, please don't prove I'm right... Please, please, please don't bring me to tears when I just did my makeup so nice."

Near the video's end, Carpenter reluctantly joins Keoghan in a robbery, leading to another arrest. The video concludes with Carpenter rescuing Keoghan from jail, only to handcuff and abandon him in an empty warehouse.

On June 3, Carpenter, 25, announced her upcoming album, "Short n' Sweet," set for release on Friday, Aug. 23. The album cover features Carpenter's long blonde hair and a red kiss mark on her shoulder against a blue background.

"MY NEW ALBUM IS COMING OUT AUGUST 23rd!!!," she excitedly shared on social media. "This project is quite special to me, and I hope it'll be something special to you too."

"Please Please Please" follows her successful single "Espresso," which she performed live for the first time at Coachella 2024 and during her Saturday Night Live debut on May 18. Reflecting on this milestone, she quoted lyrics from her latest hit on Instagram: "literally working late cuz I'm a singer." She added, "@nbcsnl thank you for having us I'm sooooo not chill about it and never will be."

Carpenter and the 31-year-old Irish actor sparked dating rumors in late 2023 and made their red carpet debut in March 2024 at the Vanity Fair Oscars afterparty. In May, they attended the Met Gala together.
