In a recent interview, Kesha shared that her boyfriend broke up with her after she chose not to bring him to a party hosted by Taylor Swift.

Kesha, 37, revealed her suspicions about her boyfriend's true intentions. "I had a feeling that he was in it for the wrong reasons and was a bit of a starf—er," she shared. To test her theory, she decided to take a friend to the high-profile event instead. The following day, her boyfriend ended their relationship.

Kesha has not revealed the identity of her ex-boyfriend however she has previously been associated with film producer Riccardo Maddalosso. Despite the breakup, Kesha has remained focused on her journey of self-love and personal growth. "I'm only going to enter into a partnership again if someone treats me as well as I treat myself," she said.

She has embraced a lifestyle of self-care, treating herself to luxurious dates, vacations, and gifts. "I started taking myself on vacations, buying myself six dozen roses, and taking myself for shopping sprees at Saint Laurent," she said. This self-care routine inspired her latest single, "Joyride," which celebrates independence and self-love.

She emphasized the importance of being one's own best friend and cheerleader. "Be all those things to yourself—your own boyfriend, sugar daddy, rich husband, best friend, cheerleader," she advised. This philosophy has not only helped her heal but also empowered her to embrace her independence fully.

In her interview, Kesha also humorously compared dating in Los Angeles to "digging through the garbage." Despite the challenges, she remains optimistic about finding love on her own terms. She even joked about using her interview as a "version of a dating app" to attract like-minded individuals who share her values and aspirations.
