Rapper Lil Xan is facing legal trouble after allegedly attacking a fan during a performance in Boston. Authorities have charged him with two felony counts of assault and battery over the incident, which occurred in November at the Royale Boston nightclub.

According to law enforcement, one charge stems from Lil Xan allegedly swinging a microphone at the fan, while the second charge relates to him purportedly kicking the individual in the head. Boston police launched an investigation after the rapper reportedly fled the scene immediately following the altercation.

Witnesses initially described the attack as unprovoked, but footage from the event appears to show the fan flipping off the rapper before the confrontation escalated. In another video, Lil Xan is seen being body-slammed onstage shortly after the alleged assault, further adding to the chaos of the night.

The 27-year-old rapper, whose real name is Nicholas Diego Leanos, has not publicly commented on the charges. However, he previously stated that he had been focused on making positive changes in his life. Lil Xan recently marked three years of sobriety and had expressed hopes for a fresh start in 2025, saying he planned to "never again" be involved in similar situations.

Despite his efforts to turn things around, these felony charges could have significant consequences for his career and personal life. If convicted, he could face serious legal penalties.

Lil Xan rose to fame with his 2017 hit song Betrayed and quickly gained a following in the hip-hop scene. However, his career has been marked by controversies, including struggles with substance abuse and public disputes. This latest incident adds to a history of challenges the rapper has faced.
As the case moves forward, it remains to be seen how the legal process will unfold and what impact it will have on his future in the music industry.
