An Amazon error led to a child being shown a 15-rated film instead of a PG movie, prompting an apology from the company. The incident occurred on its Prime Video service when a parent, attempting to rent "Diary of a Wimpy Kid," found that "Love & Other Drugs"—a film the British Board of Film Classification warns contains "strong sex and sex references"—was streaming incorrectly. They complained to the media regulator Ofcom, which found Amazon in breach of its rules.

On Wednesday, a federal judge blocked President Donald Trump's deployment of National Guard troops in Los Angeles, ordering them returned to the state governor's control. US District Judge Charles Breyer ruled that the Trump administration had failed to prove the city's protests against increased immigration raids justified federal control of the state's National Guard, which had been sent to the city in June.

Charlie Kirk's widow, Erika Kirk, has continued to speak publicly about how her young children are processing the loss of their father, months after the Turning Point USA founder was fatally shot on Sept. 10 at Utah Valley University. In several interviews, she has shared the tender and sometimes heartbreaking conversations she has had with their 3-year-old daughter as the family tries to navigate life without him.

During an appearance on Hannity, Erika said that talking about heaven has become part of their nightly routine. "My daughter and I, we've talked about this at night," she shared. "She would ask, 'What do you think Daddy did today in heaven?' And I'll have her relay that back to me." She explained that she has tried to help her daughter understand the situation by telling her, "Daddy's still with us, he's just in a different location, and he's building us a home in heaven." According to Erika, her daughter responded by saying, "I can't wait to go," to which she replied, "Me too, baby."
