Bobbi Althoff gained popularity as a Podcaster after her interview with Drake, Lil Yatchy, Offset and other celebrities. She became a sensation due to her unique interview style. Before her new found fame, Bobbi was a lifestyle content creator, showing her fans how motherhood has been for her.
Bobbi became an internet sensation overnight, something that made fans suspect her success, with some calling her an industry plant. The term industry plant is often used to describe individuals who's success is attributed to connections in the industry instead of their hard work and merit. In response to social media users calling her an industry plant, Bobbi posted a videoof her awkwardly dancing to “Barbie world” by Nicki Minaj and Ice Spice, captioning it, “Celebrating because the industry planted me.”
During a recent interview of Bobbie's podcast, “The Really Good Podcast”, Bobbie hosted rapper Nle Choppa and she reveals that she had considered suicide when she just started high-school. When she revealed that she was contemplating suicide, Bobbi tried to change the topic, however the “Slut me out” rapper encouraged her to open up, saying, “This is a safe space with me, I ain't going to judge you.”
Bobbi went ahead to reveal that she was contemplating suicide because she did not want to live. “I'm so glad you didn't do that,”Choppa said, “Look at you now.” Nle Choppa went ahead to reflect on the amount of hate he has seen Bobbi receive on X mainly because of her race. “A lot of black people love you Bobbi, like 90% I see they love to see you,” he said. He concluded that the 10% only dislike Bobbi's race. He encouraged the audience to be more compassionate to each other irregardless of skin color and race.
