Meghan Trainor recently opened up about the effects of her cosmetic procedures, particularly her Botox experience, revealing that it has left her unable to smile properly. Speaking candidly on her Workin' On It podcast, the 30-year-old singer admitted, "I got too much Botox, and I need help! I messed up."

She shared that she had Botox a handful of times, mostly on her forehead, and initially received compliments about looking "rested." However, her cosmetic journey didn't stop there. She was convinced to try a "lip flip," a procedure meant to enhance her upper lip. "Someone convinced me with my little lips... that this would give me a beautiful flip. It was not true," she explained.

As a result of these procedures, Meghan now finds it difficult to smile. "I cannot smile anymore. Look, this is as big as I can smile," she joked, showing the limited movement of her face. Her brother, Ryan Trainor, humorously pointed out her inability to smile during a visit to Home Goods, saying, "Bro, you can't smile," a comment Meghan now can't unsee. "Everywhere I go, I cannot smile. My face hurts to smile, to even try," she added. To lighten the mood, she shared a photo holding a puppy, quipping, "I'm a happy person here. I'm holding a puppy. But I look like I smelled someone's fart."

Reflecting on her cosmetic decisions, Meghan urged her listeners to be cautious with procedures, saying, "Don't try everything." In addition to Botox, Meghan revealed plans for a breast augmentation. After having two children, Riley and Barry, she explained how her body has changed, saying, "My mommy boobies were full of milk and now they're empty." She added that the fluctuations in size, combined with weight loss, have led to sagging.

She also expressed how difficult it has been to wear certain outfits for performances due to her changing body. "What's really difficult is when I'm trying on all these amazing outfits for tour... I have to wear the most supportive bras, and it could ruin the outfit," she explained. Meghan admitted that she has long desired a breast augmentation, saying, "I've always joked and said for years like, 'I can't wait till I can get a boob job!'"

"It's all part of the process," she concluded, emphasizing that she is still learning and embracing her journey.
