Singer Chappell Roan has revealed that she is in a serious relationship and "very in love." During an appearance on the Call Her Daddy podcast on March 24, the "Pink Pony Club" singer confirmed that she has been dating someone for six months.

When host Alex Cooper asked about her relationship status, Roan initially smiled and shook her head before admitting, "No. It's serious. I'm very in love." She shared that she met her partner "through a friend" before her career took off, adding, "I'm dating the same person that I was dating before it blew up."

Roan also expressed concerns about dating in the public eye, saying, "I don't trust anyone. Any new person that I am texting, I'm like, I'm assuming they will screenshot this and send it to someone else." Despite her commitment, she remains "pro-single," advising listeners, "Find out for yourself if you can 100% be okay alone before you date."

The singer had previously hinted at her relationship in a Rolling Stone interview in September 2024, where she revealed, "I met this girl that I really like." However, at the time, she admitted to struggling with commitment, stating, "I can't commit" due to being "avoidant." She praised her partner's patience, sharing, "She's so awesome and so secure in herself and [has told me] 'No pressure, we can just be friends if you want.'"

Beyond her relationship, Roan also touched on her sexuality, explaining that while she has become more comfortable identifying as queer and dating women, she still faces challenges. "Something, like, f—ed up my sexuality. My nervous system is so fried that I can't even feel, like, flirtatious," she said.

Discussing the future, Roan expressed doubts about marriage, citing concerns about the current political climate. "I'm just running around like a chicken with my head cut off. I'm just like, 'What? I can't get married!'" she remarked. She acknowledged that she doesn't know if or when she'll tie the knot or start a family, as external factors make long-term planning difficult.

For now, while marriage may not be in her immediate plans, Roan is embracing her relationship and the personal growth that has come with it.
