Reports claiming that Vanna White and Ryan Seacrest, the new host of "Wheel of Fortune," are at odds have been dismissed. Posting a picture of herself and 49-year-old Ryan Seacrest at a restaurant while they were having a bite to eat, White, a regular on the popular game show, took to social media.
Vanna White posted a picture of herself and Ryan Seacrest enjoying a meal together. “Friends on and off camera. Enjoying one of our favorites, Chicken and Dumplings,” White, 67, captioned her post on Instagram.
For his part, Seacrest raced to the comments section and said, "Always a treat! Cheers to more enjoyable times and delectable treats!
"You two will work well together." Excited for this duo and the new set in the fall," one admirer said, while another said, "Can't wait!"
Rumors of a conflict between White and the new "Wheel of Fortune" host were dismissed. Disney White made her statement a few weeks after rumors circulated that she and Seacrest—who took over for veteran anchor Pat Sajak after 41 seasons—were at odds.
An insider told the Daily Mail, "She just doesn't jibe with Ryan like she did with Pat, and no one really ever expected her to." "She simply couldn't do it in any way."
For more than 40 years, White shared the "Wheel of Fortune" stage with Pat Sajak.
There is, however, no truth to this allegation, an insider close to Seacrest told The Post. Vanna and Ryan have begun working together, and they are enjoying themselves on set.
When "Wheel of Fortune" returns for Season 42 in September, Seacrest will formally take Sajak's place, who is 77 years old.
