Chelsea are set to sign Atletico Madrid forward Joao Felix (24) in a deal which could see Blues midfielder Conor Gallagher (24) move to the Spanish club. Chelsea are reported to have agreed a $52 million fee with Atletico to bring the player back to Stamford Bridge. Felix had a disappointing six-month loan spell at Stamford Bridge in the second half of the 2022/23 season, scoring four goals in 20 appearances.

Manchester United have signed Dutch centre back Matthijs de Ligt (25) and Morocco full back Noussair Mazraoui (26) from German side Bayern Munich on a contract until June 2029 and June 2028, respectively, the Premier League club announced on Tuesday.
