RASMUS HOJLUND STRIKES LATE TO SALVAGE DRAW FOR MANCHESTER UNITED

Rasmus Hojlund struck a dramatic injury-time equaliser to rescue a point for Manchester United, as 10-man Bournemouth saw their hopes of European qualification take a significant hit. Bournemouth had looked on course for victory after Antoine Semenyo netted his 11th goal of the season midway through the first half. However, the match swung on a controversial moment when Evanilson's 70th-minute challenge on Noussair Mazraoui was upgraded from a yellow card to a red following a VAR review. Although Evanilson appeared to slip as he pressed the United defender, referee Peter Bankes overturned his initial decision, leaving the Brazilian facing a three-match suspension.
