Ariana Grande is opening up about one of the most defining moments of her early career, revealing a private memory she says she's "never shared before" about how her late boyfriend Mac Miller helped shape the sound that launched her into global stardom.

Speaking to students during a master class at Chapman University, Grande explained that Miller was the first person who encouraged her to lean into R&B-influenced pop, a direction that ultimately became the blueprint of her debut era Yours Truly.

Kate Winslet called out “terrifying” cosmetic procedures and weight loss drugs while claiming young women nowadays have no “concept of what being beautiful actually is.”
 
When talking about how injections make women look the same, the “Titanic” star, 50, told the Times, “Oh, it’s terrifying.”
 
“It is devastating. If a person’s self-esteem is so bound up in how they look it’s frightening,” she said.
 
Winslet, 50, explained that she enjoys seeing actresses “dressed how they want, whichever shape,” but “so many people” are also on weight loss drugs.
 
“Some are making choices to be themselves, others do everything they can to not be themselves,” she added.

Observers have pointed to her sunken cheeks, visible bones, and fragile frame, leading many to fear she may be suffering from a dangerous eating- or body-image disorder.
 
Some fans worry that her increasingly skeletal appearance may even be affecting her voice; during an October 2025 segment on Dancing With the Stars she sounded "strained and raspy," a departure from her usual four-octave range.
 
While no official diagnosis has been confirmed, health professionals consulted by media outlets suggested the possibility that Grande may be dealing with Body Dysmorphic Disorder (BDD).
