Tish Cyrus is reflecting on what she has described as one of the most difficult periods of her life, opening up about how she coped with the end of her decades-long marriage to Billy Ray Cyrus alongside the death of her mother, Loretta Finley.

Speaking during a January 14 appearance on The Squeeze podcast, the 58-year-old explained that it took years to fully process her divorce from Billy Ray Cyrus, which was filed in 2022 after nearly three decades together. She noted that she had been in the relationship since her early twenties, saying, "I'd been in this relationship since I was 23 or 24," adding that her instinct at the time was to keep moving forward rather than sit with the pain.

Harry Styles has officially announced his return to music with a new album titled Kiss All the Time. Disco, Occasionally., marking his first studio release in four years. The 31-year-old Grammy winner revealed the news on Thursday, Jan. 15, confirming that the album will be released on March 6 and will feature 12 tracks.

The project follows 2022's Harry's House, which earned widespread acclaim and won Album of the Year at the 2023 Grammy Awards, alongside Best Pop Vocal Album and Best Engineered Album, Non-Classical. The new record is executive produced by Styles' longtime collaborator Kid Harpoon, who has worked on all of the singer's previous albums.

Styles shared the announcement on Instagram, posting the album artwork and later joking on his Instagram Stories by adding a large arrow pointing at himself with the word "ME." The cover image shows him standing beneath a disco ball in an open field, wearing swimming goggles.

Ashley St. Clair, the mother of one of Elon Musk's children, has filed a lawsuit against Musk's artificial intelligence company xAI, accusing it of negligence and emotional harm over sexually explicit deepfake images generated by its chatbot, Grok.

The lawsuit, filed Thursday in New York and later transferred to federal court, alleges that Grok enabled users to create nonconsensual sexualized images of St. Clair, including depictions of her both as an adult and as a minor. According to the complaint, users uploaded photos of St. Clair and used Grok to digitally remove her clothing or replace it with revealing swimwear, despite her repeated objections.

Ariana Madix and Tom Sandoval have reached a conditional settlement in their long-running legal dispute over the Los Angeles home they purchased together before their highly publicized split.

According to court documents filed on Tuesday, Jan. 13, the former Vanderpump Rules stars agreed to settle the lawsuit Madix filed in January 2024 seeking to force the sale of their shared property. Legal representatives for Madix, 40, submitted a notice of settlement in Los Angeles Superior Court, stating that dismissal of the case is dependent on the "satisfactory completion of specified terms." The filing did not disclose the details of the agreement.

The parties are scheduled to appear in court on Feb. 5 for a final status conference. If the agreed-upon terms are not met, the case is set to proceed to trial on Feb. 17.

Justin Baldoni spent time with close friends and family the night before his deposition in the Blake Lively case, holding what he described as a "prayer gathering."

According to a transcript of Baldoni's October 6 deposition obtained by PEOPLE, the 41-year-old It Ends With Us actor-director said the gathering was meant to support him before being questioned by attorneys. When asked if he had discussed the deposition with anyone in advance, he said, "Jennifer Abel, my family, my wife. We had a prayer gathering last night with a lot of friends so they were aware that I was being deposed, but that's all I can think of at the moment."

Actor Matthew McConaughey is officially trademarking his iconic "Alright, alright, alright" catchphrase in a preemptive move against unauthorized AI replication. At 56, McConaughey is seeking legal protection for the three-word signature he first made famous over 30 years ago as David Wooderson in the 1993 film Dazed and Confused. The trademark filing is his latest effort to maintain control over his vocal likeness and personal brand amidst the rapid rise of AI voice-cloning technology.

McConaughey has had eight trademark applications approved by the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) over the past several months in an attempt to stop AI apps or users from simulating the Magic Mike actor's voice or likeness without his permission, the Wall Street Journal reported, citing his attorneys.
