Peter Falk's daughter, Jacqueline Falk, has died at the age of 60 in what authorities have ruled a suicide.

According to records from the Los Angeles County Medical Examiner, Jacqueline died Monday at a residence in Los Angeles. Officials confirmed the manner of death but noted that further details, including whether a note was left behind, have not been publicly disclosed.

The news was first reported Wednesday, drawing renewed attention to the private life of the late "Columbo" star's family.

Jacqueline, often called Jackie, was one of two daughters adopted by Falk and his first wife, Alyce Mayo, after their marriage in 1960. Her sister, Catherine Falk, has maintained a more public presence over the years, while Jacqueline largely stayed out of the spotlight.

Falk and Mayo divorced in 1976, ending a 16-year marriage. The actor went on to wed actress Shera Danese the following year, and the couple remained together until his death in 2011.

In contrast to Jacqueline's quiet life, Catherine became known for her advocacy work tied to familial visitation rights. After experiencing difficulties maintaining contact with her father during his later years, she founded an organization aimed at helping others facing similar situations.

Former NBA player and assistant coach Damon Jones has pleaded guilty to gambling charges, US media reported Tuesday, the first conviction in a betting scandal that engulfed elite basketball.

Jones, 49, was charged over his alleged role in a scheme that prosecutors say provided inside information on injuries and game absences to bettors between December 2022 and March 2024.

In one instance, he shared that LeBron James would not play due to injury in a Los Angeles Lakers game against the Milwaukee Bucks before that information was made public.

The Bachelorette alum revealed that she is recovering from surgery after discovering a rare condition in her uterus that may affect her chances of becoming pregnant in the future.

"At first they thought it was a didelphys uterus," Hannah wrote on Instagram April 27, noting that doctors initially thought she had a double uterus but later confirmed it's a bicorporeal septate uterus—basically, my uterus is kind of separated into two sides, and that can lead to infertility issues.

Despite the fact that the condition affects approximately 1.5 out of every 100 women, according to the Cleveland Clinic, the 31-year-old stated, "The good news is it's something that can be treated with surgery."

Hannah knew she eventually wanted to get the procedure to potentially have children with her husband Adam Woolard one day; she noted “family planning just hasn’t been front of mind” due to her busy schedule.

"I still don't know if I'm ready," she said of becoming a mother, "but it felt like time to take a first step—and this was that for me."

Dylan Carter's loved ones are mourning a great loss.

Nearly three years after competing on The Voice season 24, the aspiring singer died on April 25 in Colleton County, South Carolina, according to his nonprofit The Local Voice. He was 24.

"With heavy hearts, we share the passing of Dylan Carter, co-founder of The Local Voice, talented musician, and someone who meant so much to our community," the organization—which raises funds for women fighting cancer—said on Facebook on April 26. "Dylan was the heart of what we do."

Prince William and Kate Middleton celebrated a major milestone in their marriage by sharing a new family photo of themselves cuddling in the grass with their three children, Prince George, 12, Princess Charlotte, 10, and Prince Louis, 8.

The wife of 19 Kids and Counting alum Joseph Duggar pleaded not guilty to four counts of child endangerment and false imprisonment, according to court documents obtained by TMZ on April 27.
