Former Washington standout Tre’ Johnson has died at the age of 54, reportedly passing away suddenly during a family trip on Sunday , February 15.

Johnson, who made his mark as a star player in Washington before moving on to a professional career, was said to have died “suddenly and unexpectedly,” according to statements from those close to the family.

He played for Washington through 2000, spent 2001 with Cleveland and returned to Washington for a final year in 2002. Irene said the athlete was known for his “durability and strength” during his career at Washington.

The 6-foot-2, 328-pound guard was a Pro Bowl selection in 1999.

Former Real Madrid boss, Carlo Ancelotti is going viral after he was spotted sharing a kiss with three women at the same time while enjoying Brazil Carnival in Rio de Janeiro.

The Italian coach, 66, was announced as Brazil’s new manager last summer and he has been preparing for the 2026 World Cup. 

Over the weekend, the Brazilian manager was captured enjoying life in the South American country after being spotted lapping up the festivities during their famous carnival.

Harper Beckham is celebrating the bond she shares with her brothers.

On Saturday, Feb. 14, the 14 year old daughter of Victoria Beckham and David Beckham posted a throwback photo on her private Instagram account in honor of Valentine's Day. The black and white image showed Harper smiling in a swimming pool with her arms wrapped around her eldest brother, Brooklyn Peltz Beckham, 26. Behind them, Romeo Beckham, 23, and Cruz Beckham, 20, stood close together with their arms around each other.

"I love you all so much words can't describe it," Harper wrote across the image, tagging each of her brothers in the heartfelt message.

Yuko Yamaguchi is stepping down after 46 years as the designer of Hello Kitty, the iconic character she helped steer to global fame. Yamaguchi took over design duties in 1980 — five years after Hello Kitty’s debut — and during her four‑plus decades in the role the feline figure (officially described as a little girl from London, not a cat) grew from a Japan‑only hit into one of the world’s most lucrative franchises.

Jutta Leerdam added another Olympic medal to her growing collection, and her fiancé Jake Paul was there to celebrate the milestone.

The 27 year old Dutch speed skater earned silver in the women's 500 meter event at the Milano Cortina 2026 Winter Olympics on Sunday, Feb. 15. She finished just behind fellow Dutch skater Femke Kok, who captured the gold medal with a powerful final stretch. Japan's Miho Takagi secured bronze after a strong performance that kept her on the podium.

In his 23rd season, the longest career in NBA history, LeBron James continues to pile up triple‑doubles — this time against the Dallas Mavericks and, more metaphorically, Father Time. James became the oldest player to record a triple‑double on Thursday at 41 years and 44 days, doing so in the Los Angeles Lakers’ 124‑104 win over the Mavs. He finished with 28 points and 12 assists, securing his 10th rebound with 2:06 remaining. The crowd gave him a standing ovation when he left the game, celebrating his 123rd career triple‑double — the fifth‑most in NBA history.
